"It's not your fault, you just panicked"

Knife crime. Not just a tv news matter. It's something very close to us - it's taking place in our streets, in our neighbourhoods. Protagonists - young people who often don't really know what they're doing. Consequences - destroyed lives, families, communities.

"Shanked" is a choral voice against knife crime. Performed in London by street people who have themselves experienced the knives. Put on stage to address young people through young people. To raise awareness that carrying a knife all the time isn't for 'protection' nor 'fashion'. It just means disgrace.
